Very peaceful neighborhood. We have a liquor store, and a buck creep pizza in town it’s only 1/4 of a mile away. About 8 miles to downtown Lafayette where you can find a variety of restaurants, and about 9.4 miles from Purdue University, about 20 minutes drive to Purdue stadium, located in west Lafayette, you can also find a variety of foods, bars , etc.

Beautifully renovated 1870’s duplex, 5 mins from Purdue. This is the upstairs unit. It has its own entrance, outside stairs the come to a private balcony. This a NO smoking unit. Dogs welcome, 30lbs and under allowed with some breed restrictions. BEFORE BOOKING, you MUST inquire about your pet to make sure it is okay. This is a 2 guest unit.
