Only 2 hours driving from either Tauranga, Rotorua or Gisborne - a good resting point. Lovely quiet cottage set on lifestyle block with many chickens and sheep. 3 minutes driving to fabulous Waiotahi beach and only 10 minutes into Opotiki for cafes and shopping. Peace and tranquility - leave the city behind.

Sit on the deck and watch the sun go down. This is a great place to unwind and relax.
