You will have a front row view of a working horse farm from this private guest house on the edge of Country Life Farm's Merryland Thoroughbred Nursery. "Merrywell" A 3 bedroom, stucco on stone historic house dating to the early 1900's. The space is a two bedroom, 2 bath apartment on ground floor with a large great room/living space, separate kitchen and private entrance, in a large beautifully preserved mid-century modern home. The owners live upstairs, but the spaces are distinct, private and separated by a heavy curtain. Very little noise bleeds through.
