The airport, grocery store and restaurants are just 15 minutes away

Just 300 ft from secluded Treasure Cay beach, 1,000 ft from the golf course, and 5,000ft from town. This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 2 kitchens and living rooms located just opposite beach-front and within a block from the Treasure Cay Golf Course. The house is aptly named because day or night, you can hear the soothing sound of the surf crashing on the beach.

"Leeward House" is our waterfront home with canal access & dockage included(17' max beam), water & shore-power(30/50 amp) additional cost. Leeward house comes fully equipped with everything you need, a on-island manager to assist with any issues or needs you may have, so come explore Treasure cay and the surroundings islands! We have two homes that are directly across the street from one another. "Windward House" is across the street with with 200'+ of private beach at your disposal.
