Down the street you'll find shops and restaurants, and a little further is Petroglyphs Provincial Park, the largest concentration of petroglyphs in Canada, with some over 1000 years old.

Warkworth has great shops to explore. At night relax by your outdoor propane fire admiring the stars. Come and experience the beauty and tranquility of our bunkie. We look forward to hosting. This yurt is in a camping setting, with indoor compost toilet, seasonal private outdoor shower, no wifi but there is electricity, dishes, indoor hot plate, BBQ, mini fridge, all pots & pans and bedding and clean drinking water.

Please note cabin is COMPLETELY OFF GRID. NO RUNNING WATER, NO SHOWER. Endless potable water is provided for cooking and drinking. Solar generator and battery powered lanterns throughout the cabin for light at night. Pretty and modern outside bathroom (outhouse) located steps from cabin.

Guests have their own cozy studio apartment, which is private and located on the ground floor with their own entrance. It does Not include the entire cabin. Has a kitchenette with BBQ outside. The Log Cabin is directly across from the Petroglyphs Provincial Park (May-Oct); however, you can hike all year long, even with the gates closed, and also down the road to Stoney Lake with full access to a public beach (May-Oct). Perfect getaway any time of the year.

Our goal is to be sustainable on an acre & 1/2! We have 4 sheep 1 dog 2 cats and a bunch of chickens! The cabin is powered by solar enough for lights and cell phone charging.
