Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. La casa ha subito un restauro conservativo, che mantenendo fede all’aspetto originale, ne preserva l’uso ai fini del soggiorno e residenza. La casa è dotata di una camera al primo piano con un letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli affiancati.
