Πρόκειται για 2 πετρόκτιστα διαμερίσματα λίγο έξω από την Σητεία, σε αραιοκατοικημένη περιοχή. Το καθένα φιλοξενεί έως 3 ενήλικες ή 2 ενήλικες και 2 παιδιά, ενώ το συγκρότημα περιλαμβάνει εκτάσεις κήπων όπου κυριαρχούν αμπέλια, φρούτα, λαχανικά, κ.α..
