This 120 sq meter semi detached villa (1300 sq foot) has three covered balconies to fully enjoy outdoor living, a wooden deck of 40 sq meter for sunbathing in Mediterranean sun, living/dining area with 50" Cable LCD TV, a fully equipped modern style kitchen, and ceiling fans in living room and all three bedrooms. It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Das Holiday House WEST wurde 2022 fertiggestellt und liegt 2km westlich von Trogir, 25km von Split und 50km östlich von Sibenik, allesammt UNESCO Weltkulturerbestätten. Villa Milla is for the first time open for tourism. Villa Mila has 2 apartments of 70 m2 and 2 of 50 m2. Our guests also have access to modern gym and pool. We are located in a quiet street only 5 minutes walk to shops, post offices, restaurants, ATMs, etc. We are only 5 km from Trogir, which is under Unesco protection.
