This is a newer cottage on the Delaware Bay near Milford, DE, only 25 minutes to Rehoboth Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. Sleeps 4, 2 bdr, 1 bath, a double and a queen bed. Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

The “Beach House” is a guest cottage at Snug Harbor, a 2 acre private property overlooking the Rappahannock River and Chesapeake Bay. Perfect for a couple’s getaway, this well-appointed cottage has beautiful water views and includes access to our private beach & dock (with guest slip) with use of our paddle boards and kayaks. The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

My home (owner occupied/shared) sports a spectacular view of the Chesapeake Bay with access to the beach. The home is spacious with a family, dining, breakfast and living room. Significant kitchen space is available with all of the cookware and place settings you would need for a meal. The master bath is handicapped accessible. Our house is nestled between the shore of the NE River and the creek and marsh directly behind. The home is warm, unassuming and inviting; you'll feel right at home. Perfect for familes or groups, or a romantic weekend. Bird watchers will love the bald eagles, ospreys, kingfishers, mallards and cormorants, to name a few. The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.
