This charming upstairs studio apartment has a private entrance and is close to the University of Arizona, downtown, and University Medical Center. Features that guests love include a comfy king bed, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and electric kettle. There is a delightful ramada area for relaxing outdoors. We are happy to share the pool with our guests in season (April - October). Covid vaccination required.

Bright, charming, pool-side, attached guest house with private entrance. The home features exposed brick walls, large windows, authentic Saltillo tile floors, and tasteful midcentury modern furnishing and décor throughout. It comes with all the amenities to make your stay comfortable: a dine-in kitchenette, private bathroom, covered parking, laundry room, Hayneedle king-sized bed (plus a couch bed in the living room), 40” TV, and plenty of space to spread out and make yourself at home.

Nestled at the foot of stunning Red Butte, Thunderbird Suite is southwestern decor with antique furniture. Just outside the glass doors, is a desert landscape of Saguaros & other Sonoran natural desert cactus & trees. Thunderbird is an independent, private suite added onto the main house, with a wall separating it. There is laundry available just next to the private bath with shower & tub. Enjoy your own private, one bedroom guest suite with a private entrance, bathroom, and mini-kitchen (with fridge, kettle and microwave). Relax in this historic 1900’s home, a hideaway, with a shared garden front porch. You'll be just a five minute stroll to downtown Tucson, the streetcar or the Tucson Convention Center. Perfect for the University of Arizona. This is a non-smoking property.
