Carrs on Clarke a 3-bedroom country home at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains, Tumut. Ideal accommodation for a family getaway, girls, couples weekend escape. Our quaint house sleeps 6, with the upstairs loft boasting a Super King-sized bed with the option of splitting into 2 king singles. Please advise for your stay. Ducted heating and cooling for all seasons. Just a 5-minute walk to our main shopping area and a quick stroll to the Tumut Brewery for their boutique beers and a bite to eat.

Built in 1895, this four room cottage has been lovingly renovated as a private guest wing of a larger property. This cosy cottage is close to everything, making it easy to plan your trip, wander the shops, galleries, the river trails and sites of Yass Valley or Canberra. If you love live music, local wine, whisky or gin, this is a great valley to explore. For fishing, bring your gear or boat for the river, the dam or a nearby lake. Inverary is a warm, comfortable, self contained home beside Lake Eucumbene. We have now installed air-conditioning. Undercover parking provided. Two queen bedrooms upstairs, six singles downstairs. Two bathrooms upstairs and a toilet and basin downstairs. ***Please note that guests are asked to bring their own sheets and towels. We provide doonas, pillows, extra blankets and tea towels for the kitchen but you need to bring your own linen.*** There is no WiFi at the house.

The house has a fully fenced back yard and is pet friendly. The study has a second TV and couch, great for kids viewing. The house has a large covered veranda around 3 sides of the house. The back veranda has seating and a BBQ, the front has comfy outdoor furniture and overlooks the country hills.

With a lovely outlook to parkland across the road, the house is beautifully presented and provisioned with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
