750 sq ft, 1 Bed/1 Bath guest house on a calm, private road in Plant City. Very quick and convenient access to I-4 if you need to head toward Tampa or Orlando. Rental is a rear guest house behind the primary residence. Host is on site if you have any needs during your stay. Home features a stocked kitchen, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. Livingroom and bedroom TV are streaming only. Hulu, Disney+, and Netflix provided. Bedroom features a King bed on an adjustable platform base.

The fridge comes stocked with soda and water. There's a 55" TV with cable and wifi. The room is secluded from main living area with private access. Guest will have full privacy during stay. Our home is located 5 minutes from I4, HCC Plant City & Downtown Plant City in a Gated community.

The room features a snug bed with clean linens, a private bathroom for your convenience, and thoughtful amenities including complimentary WiFi, a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Located about 20-23 minutes (depending on traffic to downtown Tampa, Busch Gardens, USF).

The Strawberry Field Stilt House

555 square foot house overlooking 30 acres of strawberry fields and trees. Extra guest fee is $20 per person per night after 2. Dogs are allowed with pre-approval. NO cats allowed. There is a $100 pet cleaning fee. Yes you will have the house to yourself. I stay in another house on the same property so I’ll generally be around if you have any questions or issues.
