We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. The cabin is equipped for everything that you and your partner/friend need to enjoy the area. Cookware, french press and a small refrigerator. The Sierra Nevada mountains range in temperature wildly. The greens and the yellows of California ebb and flow through the seasons creating unique natural beauty which is different each season of the year.

Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. The Broken Branch is a small working ranch, so the beautiful sunrise views include several horses, donkeys, and goats. It's about an hour and a half to Yosemite and only minutes from downtown Columbia and Sonora.

The Hideaway

The Hideaway is an enchanting one room casita situated on the outer crest of the property, The Confluence. Wake up to the sunrise with a lush *View* of the natural countryside from your private deck. The Hideaway is accessed by a foot path (200ft) from the Main House. The Private Bathroom is off of the Main House (200ft from room). From the parking area to the room, it is roughly 400ft. There is no kitchen or cooking appliances other than a hot water kettle and a mini-frig.

This calm and cozy single unit suit is located in a beautiful brand new community close to UC Merced (about 3.6 miles), Merced College ( about 2.5 miles), Mercy Medical Center ( about 2.4 miles) and several shopping malls. Home is about an hour and half drive from Yosemite. A few local points of interest include Knights Ferry covered bridge, and Fresno County blossom trail and panorama trail.

Studio in Beautiful Sonora, Private &SelfContained

This self contained space is part of our home, but is a separate building right next to the house. There's a well lit hallway to your private entrance. It's one large room with an enclosed bathroom. There's a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub. There's a queen size bed, 6' couch, dining table/chairs and fridge. You can BBQ and use the patio table. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights from comfy seats on the deck.
