Podere Collina

Collina è un antico podere di pietra, la casa è circondata da campi e uliveti.Dispone di un ampio giardino con piscina e una terrazza dove poter svolgere piacevoli pranzi e cene. Sono disponibili un barbecue e mobili da giardino. La strada per arrivare alla casa nell'ultimo tratto non è asfaltata e non è quindi adatta per le macchine sportive o particolarmente basse. Il percorso si presta per piacevoli passeggiate di giorno, mentre di notte si consiglia l'uso dell'auto perchè non è illuminato.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casa namaste è un piccolo casolare in pietra con interni curatissimi a 1 km dal borgo medievale di Montescudaio La casa è completamente circondata da bosco e querce secolari a 150 metri scorre il fiume Cecina nel giardino di 5000 metri quadrati c'è una sorgente naturale con una grande vasca in pietra per rinfrescarsi e una doccia calda esterna immersa nel verde..abbiamo una linea adsl Vodafone con download 33 e upload 1.4..da questa primavera è inoltre disponibile smart TV e climatizzatore

Ingresso indipendente, cucina soggiorno e bagno ed al piano superiore camera matrimoniale e bagno. Situata a 100 mt. da Piazza Arnolfo e 200 mt. dal centro storico, per chi viaggia in autobus la fermata è a soli 200 mt. Posizione strategica per visitare Siena, Firenze, San Gimignano, Volterra, Chianti e per percorrere la Via Francigena o fare il Percorso nel sentiero dell'Elsa.

The house in the Castle and the secret garden

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

Casa Anto Isola d'Elba -Spiaggia

Casa Anto, Ristrutturata completamente nel 2025, è composta da un soggiorno con cucina completa con divano letto, da due camere con letti matrimoniali e da due bagni, di cui uno riservato ad una camera. Si accede alla casa da una scale esterna. La pergola esterna è arredata con tavolo e sedie/sdraio La spiaggia, distante circa 250 metri, è raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. La casa dispone di un giardino, con prato, riservato di 200mq ca.

La casina di Boscona

CIN IT052012C2W7VAEMEY La nostra "casina" si trova in Toscana, immersa nel verde, all'interno di un piccolo borghetto di case di campagna, a Colle di Val d'Elsa. All’appartamento, che dista appena cinque minuti di bici dal bellissimo centro storico della città, si accede attraverso un piccolo giardino in cui è possibile assaporare una tranquilla colazione o trascorrere un’ottima cena.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.

Beachfront Tuscany

The property has it’s own access to the beach: a private path leads through the pine tree grove and the dunes to the sea where guests will find a private cabana equipped with sunbeds and parasol. Guests are given their private key to the beach.
