We offer a modernly furnished holiday apartment for 2 to a maximum of 6 people in the heart of the Ötztal. Umhausen is an ideal starting point for many activities. You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Children are warmly welcome with us

Hintergraseck is situated above the Partnachgorge in the mountains with magnificent nature. Elmau Castle(G7-summit) is the neighbor to the east, 4.5km away. Unique view of the mountains. Wonderful for hiking and relaxing. Perfect for couples seeking rest, mountain loving adventurers, families with children. ATTENTION not directly accessible by car. Parking at 2.8km. In kurzer Zeit und Distanz kannst Du viele Plätze lustvoll zu Fuß entdecken oder Busse bringen Dich direkt ins Zentrum oder auf die Berge rundherum. Das Parken des Autos ist einfach: es steht direkt vor dem Haus!

In the basement your private whirlpool outside, and indoor your private sauna and solarium! All free of charge. Perfect for two couples, a family, but it does sleep up to six people as well.

Canyoning, rafting, hiking, climbing, mountainbiking, skiing and a lot more... Easy and close access to ski area HochOetz/Kühtai, but also Hochzeiger, Sölden and Gurgl are interesting ski area's to explore.
