We offer a modernly furnished holiday apartment for 2 to a maximum of 6 people in the heart of the Ötztal. Umhausen is an ideal starting point for many activities. You can go snowboarding and skiing in Sölden or Hochötz. The ski resorts are just a few minutes' drive away! (Free ski bus in winter!) Umhausen is perfect for families: hiking, cycling, mountain climbing, swimming, and much more! All activities can be found practically right outside your doorstep! Children are warmly welcome with us

Haus Roswitha is located in picturesque Tumpen at the entrance to the Oetztal. Up to 5 guests stay on 60 m2 with 2 bedrooms, a garden, mountain views, an infrared cabin, and a ski room with boot dryer. The quiet setting makes it a relaxed base for families and active days in the mountains. In winter, Hochoetz, Kuehtai and Soelden are easy to reach; in summer you can swim, hike, mountain bike, raft or go canyoning. Innsbruck is also ideal for a day trip with culture, shopping and great food.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bushaltestellen, örtliche Infrastruktur und die Therme "Aqua Dome" sind fußläufig binnen Minuten zu erreichen. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. This newly built holiday apartment is located in Umhausen in the Ötztal Valley. Umhausen is only 10 minutes drive away from the ski area in Ötz and 25 minutes from Sölden. There is a seating area and a kitchen. Towels and bed linen are featured at the apartment. Other facilities include a terrace and free parking. Innsbruck Airport is 35 km from the property. Please note that the local tax is not included in the price ( € 5 per adult per day)
