The Rivertown Lodge

Located near the Whitewater River 2 miles north of Brookville Lake. Quakertown Marina, Dunlapsville Boat Ramp, & Whitewater State Park are all located within 8 miles of the lodge. A 14' x 35' parking space allows for boat or RV parking onsite. This fully renovated 3 bedroom property has a open space for entertaining on the first floor. The primary suite has a full bathroom, walk in double shower & freestanding tub. Ample outdoor space includes two patios and a separate fire pit area for guests.

Artist's Retreat Guest House

The Artist's Retreat Guest House is a two-bedroom Craftsman bungalow in the Earlham College neighborhood that welcomes adults visiting our community of Richmond, Indiana. It features a living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a library filled with art books, a garden, fine antiques, and works by regional and international artists. Sorry, but no children, pets, or smoking. We keep the house allergen-free and many of the art pieces are too fragile or heavy for the safety of children and animals.

Oxford, Ohio, home to Miami University, is only a 20 minute drive. Located on six acres of mostly wooded property, the farm is today a place of quiet retreat with plenty of room to relax around a fire and enjoy the wildlife.
