This is a calm, cottagecore oasis situated in the Hyde Park neighborhood, a five minute walk from Shipe Park and pool, Quack’s Bakery, Julio’s Tex Max, Hyde Park Grill, Juiceland and Antonelli’s Cheese Shop. If you’re into highly organized spaces and library ladders, you’ve found the right spot!

Walkable Cherrywood Loft, close to UT and Downtown

Walking distance to about 2 dozen restaurants / bars / coffee shops, a few blocks away from the UT football stadium and campus, and about 2 miles from downtown... yet tucked away in the nice and quiet neighborhood of Cherrywood (aka French Place). The loft is set back away back from the street with its own walkway and entrance and has a great mix of natural light and shade from the trees. It's newly remodeled and has a powerful AC for those hot Texas summers. Come check out The East Side!

This is a trendy, comfortable and convenient guesthouse for spending a fun-filled getaway in East Austin. This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. Free Wifi, free parking, very close car ride to downtown Austin but in a quiet and safe neighborhood! Please see map!
