Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Located on the quiet south end of Ocean City. Two minute walking distance to the beach. On-site parking. Additional notes: Year-round owner on-site in downstairs condo. This home is ideal for couples and families. Not suitable for parties or events. Quiet hours after 10pm. No pets. *Minimum rental age of 25 years old.

Take a nice sunset stroll down the bay or enjoy a dinner on the back deck. After the sun goes down light up the gas fire pit in the back yard to wind down! It is a short 15 minute drive to both Cape May and Wildwood if you’re visiting for the beach or just a relaxing trip. You can find many different restaurants and things to do around town!
