In a quiet and strategic position, just a short walk from what was the studio of Titian, allows you to quickly reach the train station or the airport. With a walk of 15 minutes you are immersed in the heart of San Marco Square or the Rialto bridge and the water buses, 2 minutes away, reach the main islands of the lagoon (Murano, Burano, Torcello …). The B&B has a breakfast room and 4 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, satellite TV, Wi-fi, mini bar, safe, independent heating and air conditioning. The owners are happy to welcome you and give you all the advice you need to make precious your stay in Venice. Bellissima camera da letto, con bagno privato e ingresso indipendente con porta blindata. A meno di 5 minuti a piedi da Piazzale Roma o dalla stazione. Si trova al II' piano del palazzetto, ha soffitti alti con travi a vista e pavimento in legno. Gli impianti e gli arredi sono nuovi, comodi e moderni. La stanza, luminosa e ventilata, si affaccia su una tipica corte veneziana. Dal 1570 ad oggi, ogni domenica mattina alle 10.30 i canti gregoriani dal vivo e l'incenso arrivano dentro casa. No AC.

Ca' Malcanton is a Venetian palazzetto located on a canal. It is homely, tastefully furnished with artworks and antiques including modern facilities such as AC. The palazzetto is also lived in by the owner who is happy to share the common parts of the house with guests. Kitchen facilites are not included. A private double bedroom with ensuite bathroom for one or two guests. Self service breakfast is provided daily from 8.30am. Guests are welcome to use also a salon and courtyard garden.

The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
