The backyard borders a scenic waterfront park and is a 3 minute stroll to the lake, marina, swimming area , playground and walking trails. Perfectly situated to provide a peaceful base to explore downtown Ithaca, campus ( 15 mins) and all the Finger Lakes have to offer. A new platform sofa bed provides a comfortable 2nd sleeping area. Kingtown Manor Haus

Kingtown Manor Haus is located in the country close to Cornell, IC and the Finger Lakes Wine Country. Numerous State parks are within a short drive and offer beautiful views and excellent hiking. Off street parking, pillows, bed linens and towels are included. Full equipped kitchen is available along with a propane gas grill for BBQ. A fire pit is adjacent to the house with a full supply of kindling and firewood. Grocery store and the village of T'burg is within 3 miles. Please - NO PETS.

Beautiful, private location at the top of Ithaca Falls. A bedroom with a queen bed for 2, a sofa that can sleep 1, a private bathroom, and living room. There is no kitchen or dining room, but there is a a small dining table, two chairs, a microwave, a coffeemaker with coffee, filters, disposable tableware, a toaster, and a mini-fridge (in the closet). It is a 5-minute drive to downtown Ithaca and Cornell University. Ithaca can easily be reached by car, bike, bus, or foot.

Enjoy fun summer dinners on the large patio with gas grill. Walk or bike the short mile into town to enjoy Skaneateles Lake and all that our beautiful village has to offer! Shopping, dining, boating, hiking, wineries and breweries are all close by, ready to enjoy, no matter the season!

Come relax and explore the Ithaca area and natural beauty of the Finger Lakes! The studio is centrally located between Ithaca and wine-trail attractions, directly in the middle between Cayuga and Seneca Lakes. You will be near the Finger Lakes National Forest and numerous state parks with trails, waterfalls and swimming. Our property is in a beautiful wooded setting, with a porch in the trees for relaxing.

Becker's Private Studio

We are 5 miles south of Auburn. The Harriett Tubman home is nearby and we are near wine country. We have cereal, milk and juice available as well as coffee and tea. Guests from all backgrounds are welcome! This is a private studio detached from the main home. A pin code lock is set up to give you access at check in time. A fire pit and charcoal grill is available for use if you request it.
