Take advantage of a shed to store bikes, SUPs, etc. Property is located in front of a farm - enjoy the feel of space and freedom. At harvest time help yourself to the some apricots and apples from the orchard.

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with parking for even the largest of vehicles with trailers on property or street. Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.
