Majas on kõik puhkuseks vajalik ning magamiskohti on kuni 9 inimesele (7 kohta teisel korrusel ja 2 kohta alumisel). Saunasid on lausa 2 ning saunast saab hüpata jahutuseks otse tiiki. Nearby are the Vilsandi National Park and the iconic abandoned Kiipsaare lighthouse. This location offers plenty of freedom and fresh air—so much so that even nature itself comes here to take a vacation!

Cranes live nearby and all kind of animals have been seen on and around the plot. Nearby Sörve peninsula tip is famous for its bird migrations and a most visited place on Saaremaa.
