Kuća pruža idealno polazište za istraživanje cijele regije Sjeverne i Srednje Dalmacije. Nacionalni parkovi Kornati i Krka udaljeni su samo nekoliko sati vožnje. Gradovi Šibenik i Split udaljeni su samo 45 min vožnje od kuće. Mjesto je idealno za obitelji s djecom ili malu skupinu prijatelja. Ako ste u potrazi za mirnim i opuštnim odmorom ovo je pravo mjesto za vas. Seoska luka s kristalno čistom morem udaljena je samo pet minuta (250m) od kuće. Gostima je na raspolaganju privatni parking sa tri slobodne mjesta.. Kuća ima veliku terasu s pogledom na bazen. U vanjskom prostoru nalazi se kameni otvoreni kamin s blagovaonskim stolom i stolicama te ležaljkama .
