The house consists of one floors. The main bedroom also has a direct exit to the terrace with a fantastic view. The fully enclosed, 200 m2 large courtyard of the villa features a lovely swimming pool (7,5 x 4 ) surrounded by sun loungers where you can enjoy a refreshing swim at any time of day or night.

Studio is located on the ground floor of the house and it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 persons. The apartment is comfortably furnished, 28 m2 with one double bed and one single bed. It contains kitchen with dining table. In the yard is a parking place and outdoor grill on guests disposal.
