Romantic studio apartment for two persons, 28sqm, equipped with AC, kitchen, bathroom and a balcony located in a quiet part of Vodice with its own private parking place. Its only a 5 minute walk to the new modern beach which contains restaurants, cocktail bars and other contents. Apartment is 7min on foot from downtown away. The nearest grocery store, a bakery and a gas station is less than 100m away.The airport of Zadar and Split airport is only 60 km far away.

Udoban apartman od 40 m2 u prizemlju obiteljske kuće s posebnim ulazom i terasom koji ima jednu spavaću sobu za 3 osobe , dvije kupaone, kuhinju , TV/SAT. U dvorištu je parkirno mjesto i BBC. Apartman je u mirnoj ulici udaljen samo 250 m od centra Vodica i 400 metara od plaže. Samo 200 metara od kuće počinju biciklističke staze duge 100 km sa predivnim pogledom na Vodice. Apartman je idealan za obitelji sa djecom.

Das Apartment liegt etwa 7 Minuten vom Strand entfernt auf dem Weg befindet sich ein Supermarkt und Bäcker bis zum Zentrum sind es etwa 15 Minuten,dafür abseits vom Trubel. Ein guter Ort um Tagesausflüge zu machen ob mit Auto oder Schiff aus Vodice Hafen.
