I spent three years renovating this house and now it is ready! The house is located in a walking distance from the beach of Volos and from the center. It is outside Greek style, but inside Scandinavian. All the rooms have aircondition. Because it is in the end of an alley the place is very peaceful. You can experience an authentic Greek neighbourhood! Unfortunately not any kind of pets are allowed because my family also uses the house and we have seviere allergies.

It is suitable for couples, families (with 2 kids), business travelers, and solo adventurers looking to explore the capital of Magnesia and the magnificent mountain Pelion.

Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης στην περιοχή του Αγίου Κων/νου, 100m από την παραλία όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι καφετέριες και τα τσιπουράδικα. Είναι ένα σπίτι που πληρεί όλες τις ανάγκες για μια ευχάριστη και ξεκούραστη διαμονή.
