The house consists of a living room with kitchen, three bathrooms with walk in showers, 4 double bedrooms and a fifth, the so-called, FUN ROOM, conceived as a small children's living room, equipped with board games, a large TV and Play Station 4! Each room upstairs is equipped with smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning . There is a laundry room, which consists of a washing machine and dryer. In the house garden there is a swimming pool, lounge, outdoor kitchen with outdoor dining area.

Welcome to Rusulica, a unique villa comprised of 2 stone houses and rented as one property. It is located in village of Vrsine in the immediate vicinity of the towns Marina and Trogir, in Split-Dalmatian County. We transformed an old traditional family estate into a tranquil oase. Both units are bohemian in style yet homey at the same time, with unique romantic interior and exceptional outdoor area. The atmosphere is defined by its modern and spacious interior and plenty of natural light.

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 60 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.

The property has a cascade structure and is located on a slope, which gives a beautiful view of the sea and full privacy. The construction of the facility was completed in 2024. The guest has a choice - a quiet terrace with a swimming pool or a lively promenade. Apartment consists of 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Rooms has independent air conditioning. Apartment has its own terrace.The swimming pools have water heating and cooling system.

Na drugom katu su dvije sobe s bračnim krevetom i zasebnim kupatilom.Kuća ima više terasa: privatnu uz kuću s pogledom na grad i rijeku te prostranu središnju terasu s roštiljem.
