Welcome to THE PALMS Studio Kerikeri. Nestled among stunning private gardens surrounded by beautiful palm trees. You will be able to relax around the pool,or if you are feeling a little more energetic,you can play a round of tennis or a game of Petanque. We are located close to the Stone Store, Rainbow Falls, Charlies Rock and the shopping centre The Studio is a quiet and relaxing spot where you can just kick back and enjoy the space or a great location to base yourself if exploring Northland.

Koutu Cove: Luxe 1 Bedroom Pod

Relax, pull up a beanbag, and soak in the stunning views with your glass of wine overlooking Hokianga Harbour and its world famous giant sand dunes, or unwind in the hot tub as the sun sets and stars emerge overhead. This modern, fully equipped pod is perfect for a couples' escape. Opononi/Omapere: 7mins Rawene: 20mins Tāne Mahuta: 30mins Kerikeri/Bay of Islands Airport: 1hr 2x guests max. Adults only. Totara House

Totara House is located in attractive and peaceful surroundings and is walking distance to Kerikeri, Stone Store and Rainbow Falls. The location makes it the perfect base to explore some of the amazing beaches, walks and activities in the Bay of Islands and further North. In Kerikeri check out the local Saturday market or buy wine, fruit, cheese and chocolate from local producers around Kerikeri. Kerikeri town centre is 5 minutes away by car and has supermarkets, post office all you need.

Shepherds Shack

The cottage is private, with own entrance. Set on 3 acres of pasture, overlooking native bush with a river, waterfall and swimming hole. Feed our Wiltshire sheep. BBQ, portacot highchair available. Vineyard Glamping Russell - The Syrah Shack

Hidden inside native bush is our glamping hut named 'the syrah shack', which is nestled behind our syrah vines. The location is 10 minutes out of Russell township, in the Bay of Islands. You will have a vineyard, cellar door and eatery 1km from the hut. Escape your worries and get off the grid in our eco retreat. Enjoy the luxury of a super king bed and the serenity of an outdoor camping style kitchen, hot shower, composting toilet and the best bit is an outdoor bath for two!!

Wai Tui Cottage on the river

Find sanctuary in this unique setting in a cosy, character filled cottage on the edge of the Waipapa River. The cottage has a seperate driveway from main home, situated in its own private oasis. Fully renovated, yet full of quirky charm. Peace and privacy is what you'll get here amongst the trees and birdsong. A beautiful river, waterfall, swimming hole, outdoor shower and spa. Kerikeri town only 9 minutes drive. Plenty of parking for your trailer boat or caravan/motorhome

Waikotare

Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. Your suite is one end of a long country house, with separate easy access, covered parking and private deck (bbq available) with lovely view. A continental breakfast is included with your stay.

Rustic Bush Retreat

Tranquil and private, a beautiful Macrocapa post and beam house overlooking the gorgeous Kerikeri Inlet. A haven for relaxation surrounded by native birds, including kiwis, tuis, fantails and wood pigeons, all living on the property. Enjoy a wine on the veranda and watch the boats go by or take a swim at Opito bay- just 5 minutes away. Plenty of room to park the boat plus two launching ramps, a ski lane and some of the best fishing NZ has to offer!

Conifer Cottage - a quiet slice of paradise

Conifer Cottage, 8 km from Kerikeri village is a very spacious and comfortable self catering retreat that features a kitchenette, separate bathroom and laundry, large bedroom/lounge and a veranda including a bbq for enjoying outdoor meals. All of this overlooking a peaceful garden. Very easy self check in/check out process - key is in the door. No cleaning fee. EV vehicles: charging by request. Fast and reliable wifi.

The Cowshed Cottage
