Nestled among quiet farmland, you and your guests will enjoy sipping coffee/wine on the back deck with full mountain views. After a fun day enjoying local trails, shops, mountains, and more—a table inside or outside awaits a meal to be shared with all.

Located just above Sugarbush village, this perfectly situated home lets you make the most of your time in Warren, VT. The 4-bedroom house sleeps up to 12 guests and is the ideal retreat for a family vacation, wedding party, or a long-term stay in the valley. It is a 5-minute walk to the Village Run ski trail. Recently renovated, we now have 2 master bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathroom. A guest bedroom with a queen bed & fireplace and a 6-person bunk room and a 3rd full bathroom.

The Mountain House

Come enjoy all that the Mad River Valley has to offer! Our new construction home is ready for you to relax in with family and friends. The main living space showcases amazing mountain views and a cozy fireplace. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with soaker tub and a private balcony. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and a full bath. The basement is where all the fun happens - large tv, ping pong, foosball and more. ~10 min to ski areas and 2 minutes to Waitsfield.

Four bedrooms, a sleeping loft, three bathrooms, two living rooms, a dining room, a newly renovated kitchen, a desk area with wifi, two decks (one w/gas grill), and a laundry room/game room provide plenty of space for family gatherings. Located 3 minutes from town. Not suitable for small children/toddlers or guests with mobility issues. During summer we are only renting out 6+ night rentals with changeovers on Friday.

Please note: We have a firm no kids policy due to the open loft and stairs.

Welcome to Capt. Tom's Cabin. Nestled in the hills of Vermont with a beautiful view of the Green Mts., this 2-storey, 2 bedroom log house on 44 acres offers seclusion, serenity and privacy. Two large bathrooms, full kitchen, central heat, gas fireplace, pond and deck. Great for winter sports enthusiasts and nature lovers. Good wifi, dog-friendly with a fee. A mile to downtown Waitsfield for groceries, shopping, etc. The house gets tremendous sun and all rooms have an exceptional view of the mountains and the valley, which are spectacular year round. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and there’s also a gas grill. Spend the day out exploring and then relax on the deck!

Cozy one bedroom apartment with all the modern conveniences to make this your home base for a weekend, a week, or longer. Apartment runs on entirely solar power, and is heated and air conditioned. 20 minutes from sugarbush/mad river and 10 minutes from Waitsfield. 1 mile to the moretown general store. A perfect home base for exploring the mountains. Use our heated and unfinished stairway for your muddy and snowy boots and gear storage. Separate entrance through our garage.
