Based in the lovely village of Yaxley, it is quiet and rural but close to travel links and local attractions. The Village is within easy access to the A1 and is also very close to the East of England Showground, we are very close to a large shopping centre and a great choice of take aways and restaurants. Ketton is only a few minutes drive from the beautiful town of Stamford, or Rutland Water with its stunning views and local Ospreys. Oakham is also a short drive away. There's a Camra award-winning pub a few minutes walk away and plenty of circular walks in the surrounding countryside, from the accommodation or further afield, to work up a thirst.

Light, airy, spacious guesthouse built onto our home. Completely private with all amenities of a self catering home. We have friendly dogs that do have access our garden daily and will join you on your veranda off the main bedroom if they are outside. The village has alot of fabulous walks in the area and we have leaflets/maps in the house for your reference. A lively pub just a stride away with live entertainment most weekends. Visitors of our guests must be named and agreed prior to arrival
