Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

Stone Keepers Run-Riverfront historical homestead

An historical pastoral homestead, established in 1850's, set right on the banks of the Hopkins River. The weatherboard home and converted bluestone dairy has seven bedrooms, most with ensuite, and several living areas. This large, but intimate home, has enough space for the whole family or for a couple wanting to experience a secluded rural retreat. Stone Keepers is close to Warrnambool at the end of the Great Ocean Road. It has abundant bird life, fauna and unique views of the river.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place.. Upstairs the house boost three spacious bedrooms, all equipped with split systems and tvs. The main bedroom has king bed, ample storage and a walk behind ensuite. The second bathroom is conveniently located just outside bedroom 2 and 3 Downstairs is a beautiful modern kitchen with stacker doors that open onto a private sheltered courtyard. The laundry is incorporated in the garage. There is also wifi and Netflix provided.

Supermarket, bakery, fresh seafood, gourmet food store, butcher and one of our fav local coffee shops.

Bluey House is an escape on the edge of the Southern Ocean, where the roar of the ocean fills the air. Our home away from home is a place of peace and play, located behind the dunes of East Warrnambool's beautiful beaches. It’s cosy in winter and a playground in summer. Bluey is a place to disconnect from the outside world and enjoy valuable time with family and friends. Play, rest, listen to the ocean, dream, find inspiration, adventure and simply find joy in the quiet of nature.

It's private location, warm ambiance and a few breakfast items provided with each booking make it the perfect getaway. With a gas fireplace to curl up in front of on cool winter nights and a heated pool to dive into on warm summer days its a dream retreat for couples. We are close to walking tracks and the historic Wollaston Bridge. Pool heated in summer months (Dec-Feb).

Our beautiful property is centrally located and is only 10 mins walk to the main streets, supermarkets, cafes and the train station. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas (one with a sofa bed), 2 bathrooms and a massive outdoor entertaining area, this property easily caters for two small families or a close friendship group.
