Warwick Country Retreat Pet Friendly

This spacious 5 bedroom 2 bathroom property has ducted air conditioning/heating and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 4 bedrooms have queen beds with a king bed in the spacious master suite. It is ideally situated on the side of a hill to allow for beautiful panoramic views. It sits on a fully fenced 5 acre block. We have recently moved to the block & living in the top shed. We both will use the same gate but this is all you will see of us. Your privacy will be respected but here if you need us.

The homestead is only a 7 minute drive to Boonah township and on the same road and only a 3 minute drive to Kooroomba Vineyard & Lavender Farm.

The house is cozy, with AC throughout and electric blankets on every bed. Unwind in a warm spa bath with a glass of wine from one of the regions wineries and let your troubles drift away.

Beautiful large comfortable leather lounge where you and family/friends can gather and relax or use as your base as you explore the Granite Belt region. Free WIFI. Ramp access. Only 10 minutes south to Stanthorpe & 30 minutes north to Warwick. Well behaved pets on prior approval (max 2) :-)

Our house is situated in a great position just a few minutes walk to town, cafes, parklands, Quartpot creek, The big thermometer and tourist info centre. Can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 b/rooms.This can be 2x queen b/rooms and a double b/room or a room with 2x single beds.The house has air conditioning and a fireplace so you won’t be cold. Some firewood is supplied. We have a lovely terrace with views of Mt Marlay and the town. plenty of off street parking. Dog friendly. Up to 2 dogs.

Great location to visit famous Queen Mary Falls at Killarney and wineries at Granite Belt region. Historic Steam train ride to Wallangarra, Clifton and Toowoomba Carnival Flowers leaves regularly on weekends so check the Southern Downs Railway website.

'Averin' is a comfortable three bedroom, two bathroom holiday house overlooking the NSW/QLD Border Ranges. It is an ideal location to reconnect with family, entertain friends or used as a home base to visit local sites. The views from both verandas appear slightly different each day making this location unique and special.
