Camden Creek Farm

This is 1100 square feet of quiet living space in the country, with pleasant views of the hills and farmland. The southern exposure brings the sunlight through the windows . The farm is sheltered in a valley without an immediate neighbor close by. A spring-fed creek runs the whole length of the 140-acre main farm. This is a great place to visit for outdoor activities or to relax in country life. There are opportunities to observe farm animals, wildlife, farm endeavors and different seasons.

Waterfront Cottage Escape

Riverfront cottage located just 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga, SPAC and Saratoga Race Course. Prime area for leaf peeping while enjoying all that historical Saratoga Springs has to offer. The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the beautiful Green Mountains of VT and the gorgeous Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. For the winter season, there are many major ski resorts close by. We also have the West Cabin available for your extended family and friends.

Summer View is where you will find a relaxing vacation, stunning views, modern amenities, and an overall memorable vacation for years to come. Paddle-board around the protected bay, rent a boat and go out on Lake George's peaceful north end and return to your own dock space, sip coffee during the sunrise on the screened porch and head over to your private beach with views of rogers rock for the sunset!

Enjoy this beautiful lake front property! Perfect for Ice Fishing (it’s heated!!!) or a Spring/Summer Retreat!! Awesome fishing, kayaking, and swimming!! 30 minutes from downtown Saratoga and Lake George. No parties please!!! Charcoal Filtration System was added. Water occasionally has a sulfur smell but is safe to drink. Unfortunately this is just part of lake life.
