Private home in quiet neighborhood. We live upstairs. You get the entire private basement to yourself. 9 1/2 ft ceilings and plenty of natural light. Large living area includes family room, dining room and kitchen. Sleeps 6 in bedrooms, + more in common areas on air mattresses. Plenty of extra bedding for your convenience as well as a port-a-crib, etc. Family friendly. You will need to go down about 10 outside steps to get to entrance, no handicap access. No pets allowed. Comfortable sleeping for 12, upstairs living space includes a foosball table, large cozy sofa & TV. The fully furnished kitchen includes seating for all guests. The backyard BBQ grill & outdoor sofa is located on a private patio. Although, the fire pit is not currently functioning. One short block from the community pool & hot tub.
