Welcome to our place! Very quiet and peaceful 2 bedroom unit at the end of our house with it's own entrance and parking. Lots of space and some wildlife too! Fully self contained kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, Kureg coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and kettle. Tea, coffee, milk and muesli also. There is a dryer for guests use. Our place backs onto Wildlife Habitat Area. Out in the country but only 20 minutes from Cochrane and an hour from Calgary Airport. Come & enjoy GVR Retreat!

Get away for a family vacation in the beautiful foothills. This secluded property nestles in a forest setting, 5 min to fine dining, 30 min to downtown Calgary, an hour to Banff, Norquay, Sunshine Village. Cuddle up by the fire as it snows outside, relax in the hot tub after a full day of skiing. In the evening the wood fireplace will make the coolest night cosy. This is an excellent place for 1 or more families to stay together on holiday, over 2500 sq ft, enough privacy and space for all!

WE'VE GOT THE SHACK...YOU BRING THE LOVE......This rustic backwoods log cabin is a couples retreat with total privacy and nestled among the pine trees on 5 acres with a seasonal creek at the edge of our hobby farm. This an open plan cabin with a queen bed, self contained indoor wood burning fire (wood provided), dining table and sofa. Our resort includes a beautiful three bedroom vacation house and land that overlooks the James River. It is surrounded by trees in the Canadian wilderness. Enjoy a relaxing time in peace and quiet. Great for families. Escape the busy life while still in comfort. Bookings are based on double occupancy with a maximum of 6 people. $45/person/night for extra guests.
