About the Space: Our cottage is nestled in the heart of NWA, on a family-run farm. It is a short 15-minute drive to historic downtown Bentonville, where you can enjoy shopping, your choice of diverse culinary styles, and the internationally-renowned Crystal Bridges Art Museum. Whether you're looking to explore nature or here for a business trip, we are a short 3- minute drive from the Northwest Arkansas National Airport and a 10-minute drive from one of the Razorback Greenway trailheads.

Very friendly neighborhood with amazing neighbors all around. Washer and dryer with cleaning detergent to use. King and queen size beds with bathrooms connected to rooms. Backyard that overlooks a beautiful pond. A single car garage with a driveway that can fit two additional cars. TV with streams connected to watch and catch up on some shows.

Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Cute and quiet get-a-way in town, central location close to JBU, downtown, and the Chautauqua Amphitheater. 25 miles from Crystal Bridges. Beautiful space and backyard. Not a good fit for children 2-12 years old due to the antiques and the unscreened fireplace.
