The villa is situated in the middle of almost two acres so there's plenty of room for your boat or horse trailer. *This is a no TV home* but there is Wi-Fi so come relax and unwind!

Enjoy the 1 bedroom, 1 bath with full kitchen. The bed is a king size bed and there is a twin floor mattress . The studio has its own washer and dryer. In addition, you can walk to all the nearby restaurants and heritage park on Mainstreet!

Great overnight stopping point on your trip to Sothern Florida. One and a half hours from Orlando Disney. Right in the middle of Florida. Very nice and friendly community with many snow birds. Twenty minutes from Sebring Raceway. Cozy and simple no stove, oven or dishwasher. There is a microwave, a Keurig and a toaster oven.
