Access is through a carport (where you are welcome to park your car), up a dozen or so steps & across a deck to a private entrance at the back. The Airbnb is a bedroom with queen-sized bed, small desk, armchair & TV. Tea/coffee/milk & basic breakfast on arrival. No living room or kitchen but fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster, & iron/board. Bathroom has separate shower & bath. Cleaning is included - no extra charges!

Within an easy and flat 5 minute walk from Khandallah Village is our brand new, fully independent and fully equipped 1 bedroom spacious 50m2 unit. This is a studio unit under our house with own access from street. There is no outdoor space. Comfortable queen bed, electric blankets. The couch is not a bed. Washing machine/dryer, and washing powder supplies. Kitchen has hot plates, microwave and small bench top oven. Fridge and freezer. Sky TV. Open robe for storage. Ensuite has toilet, basin, shower, no bath. Unit is stylish and well designed, and in great condition. There is space for a SMALL car to park directly outside.

We do not have full cooking facilities but offer tea and coffee making facilities, a microwave, toaster, and fridge and provide a continental style breakfast. The studio is close to the city centre and on a direct bus route. Brooklyn Village is home to restaurants. cafes, a cinema, fast food outlets and a well stocked mini market.

Newly built downstairs self-contained studio unit in a century old Wadestown bungalow. A complimentary continental breakfast is provided. Unit has a separate entrance, and guests are welcome to share the deck and garden areas set amongst the bushclad hills. Centrally located being a 25-minute walk or less than 10-minute bus ride to the city and Sky Stadium. Bus stop at the gate. Approximately a 10-minute car ride to the ferry terminals. The entire apartment is for guest use only. This is a very sunny space in Wellington's premier suburb - Karori. You can enjoy the relaxing sound of a flowing stream and tranquil bush setting surrounded by mountain bike park and walks yet just 15 minutes from the heart of the city. This apartment is separated from the main house, so you will have a complete autonomy. Bus service is very convenient and frequent and there is off-street parking available as well

Enjoy your stay in Wellington at this cozy, comfortable unit complete with everything you need in a home-away-from-home. Perched on Melrose hill, this self-contained unit is in a great location in between Wellington Airport and the city, and provides fantastic views overlooking Lyall Bay, and the Airport. Please note we (owners of the property) live on the top floor, above this unit. The unit is up 35 steps from the street, with no accessible access.
