Wem town is a 5 minute walk- pubs, cafes, takeaways, restaurants and shops, train station is 2 minutes, and walking- we’re by the Shropshire way so plenty of long walks! Note-stairs are steep!

Downstairs is a small sitting room (TV/DVD) & a bright, well-equipped kitchen opening onto a stunning little private garden with far-reaching views.

Cosy cottage adjacent to the owners listed property, situated in a small hamlet.Jemima’s has views of the surrounding countryside and a small private garden with garden furniture ,ample parking and WiFi.There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms the main bedroom also has shower and wc . There is a fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable living room. Shrewsbury is a 20 mins drive away . There isn’t a washing machine in the cottage but guests are welcome to use ours if they need to.

The Old Gun Room is a sympathetically refurbished self contained annex to an 1840s home set in land and gardens in the Shropshire Lakelands a mile from the village of Welshampton and near to the town of Ellesmere. This is a fully self contained holiday let with an en-suite bedroom with king size bed, kitchen diner with log burner and seating area. There is ample off road parking and access to the gardens, which have been opened for the National Garden Scheme, and croquet

The property is a renovated clockmaker's cottage with plenty of original features. It is set in a rural location, situated amongst dairy farms. Popular accommodation for holiday makers and for attending local weddings; particularly at Iscoyd Park, Hawkstone Hall, Pimmhill Barn, Grange Barn, Cholmondley and many more in Shropshire, South Cheshire and over the border in to Wales. Built 100 years ago for a family that worked on the estate, Lyth Cottage sits at the edge of parkland with views across open fields to the Welsh hills. The 1-storey peaceful cottage has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with additional single bed if required. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and washer/dryer. It has a small garden with seating. Ellesmere is a 1.5m drive, or a 1m walk/cycle along the canal towpath.

The Barn is a lovely property located in the idyllic village of Loppington. Loppington is a quiet village which offers fantastic country walks and an amazing pub, The Dickin Arms. A family run pub which offers exceptional homemade food, drinks and local ales, all locally sourced. We would recommend pre booking, as the pub is always busy. Loppington is within close proximity to Wem, Ellesmere, Whitchurch & Shrewsbury.

The Cabin is furnished to a high standard with open plan lounge with kitchenette which has log fire, lounge sofa and breakfast bar. Kitchenette includes small hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery and basic utensils. Double bed with luxury Simba mattress and ensuite with power shower. Once a milking shed - The Old Dairy - is tucked away down a private drive in an idyllic hamlet in rural Shropshire. The Old Dairy looks out onto Fitz Church which is one of the oldest brick built churches in Shropshire. We live next door at Dovecote Barn but even though The Old Dairy makes up a separate wing to our home, it is completely self-contained with its own entrance and key safe.
