Modern Mellow is a peaceful apartment accentuated by vibrant colors and natural textures throughout. Cook atop the quartz countertops in the kitchen and head out to the scenic backyard patio for quiet conversations with lush trees all around. We worked very hard to make this a unique, peaceful place to stay! The studio is surrounded by lots of large trees and a privacy fence to make you feel at home. The kitchen has quartz countertops and new appliances that are ready for a chef. Careful the knives are sharp:-) The back patio is a great place to chill and watch all the colorful birds of the area. Also, you will sleep like a baby in the plush king bed! Modern Mellow is located on the ground floor (bottom left) of our house. It has it's own private entrance as well as it's own private outdoor space thats completely fenced in. We live a very active lifestyle and are constantly on the go, however we are only a phone call away to answer any questions you might have about the studio or the area, to make your stay as enjoyable as possible! The home is in a great location away from the main bustle of the town but still close to many options. Have a picnic in the beautiful James Island County Park and dine out at some of the incredible local restaurants nearby. A 15-minute drive will get you to both Downtown Charleston and Funky Folly Beach. Uber is the most common way of getting around, with the average price of about $10 to get downtown. We are also conveniently located less than a block from the Carta bus stop.

Newly remodeled apartment on the 18th hole of "The Muni" Charleston Municipal Golf Course. Located just 10 minutes from downtown Charleston, on James Island. This home is a Duplex situated between the Stono River and historic Riverland Terrace, one of James Island’s oldest neighborhoods. This apartment sits near a busy intersection and has new storm windows that keep the noise out. No sidewalks on this street. Very clean and comfortable. A great jumping off point for your visit to Charleston.

Our carriage house apartment is located on a peaceful marsh on beautiful Daniel Island next to walking/biking paths. It is also walking distance to parks, shops, and restaurants. Daniel Island is approximately 15 to 20 minutes from the airport, downtown Charleston, and local beaches. All AirBnB rentals in Charleston & Daniel Island must have a business license. The application process was not easy but we did it! Dream Catcher's permit number is OP2018 00373.

Easy self check-in using a keypad lock, plus spacious parking! Located in the Avondale neighborhood of West Ashley- there’s plenty of great restaurants, bars and shopping just around the corner. We don’t have a washer-dryer in unit but there is a laundromat less than one mile away.
