Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

Little Acorns Woodside for Woodland walks

Little Acorns is aptly named after the oak trees of the neighbouring Green Lane woodland. This Wiltshire Wildlife Trust nature reserve boasts beautiful walks that can be enjoyed year-round. The property is a short distance from Longleat Safari Park, Center Parcs, the Roman Baths, and Stonehenge. Other nearby gems include Castle Combe, Lacock Abbey, Bradford on Avon, and the fishing lakes at Shearwater and Rood Ashton. With fully secured grounds, you can enjoy peace of mind throughout your stay.

The Chapel - self contained Annex, Rudge Somerset

The self contained annex was fully restored recently at the same time as was the Chapel. It dates back to the 1800's whilst keeping many beautiful original features, the annex includes a double Bedroom, a luxury bathroom with a separate entrance hallway. The main Chapel is occupied by Andrew the host, however the guest accommodation which is attached to the chapel is separate from the hosts space and fully private. The annex includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom plus outdoor space for relaxing.

The Bothy - a cosy cottage with stunning views

Glorious spring has arrived and the peaceful Wiltshire countryside has much to offer! There are beautiful walks to be had on the Salisbury Plain, at Stourhead, at Lacock Abbey to name but three and the cosy Bothy to come back to. Beautifully decorated, with a light airy feel and old pine flooring, it sits in our peaceful garden and has uninterrupted views of a charming, secluded Combe. For walkers, or anyone wishing to explore the West Country (and Bath) this is an ideal location.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Granby Cottage is a spacious, air-conditioned two-bedroom bungalow set within the grounds of a private country house estate. It is dog-friendly and features an enclosed private garden with your own patio & BBQ. For our four-legged guests, be sure to book one of our fantastic dog playfields on site. Despite the peaceful rural setting, convenience is close by: • 2 min drive to a major supermarket • 12 min train journey to Bath A perfect blend of countryside calm and city access.

Lime Barnlet is 1 of 3 barnlets which are individually self contained or ideal for a group of 3 couples, all set in the gardens of our house. Bedroom, bathroom, fitted kitchen and living area! Great base for Bath - a short car or train journey away. Loads of walks, beautiful countryside and close to Longleat ( 7 miles). Simple, cosy space. Through the summer months Doris, Delilah and Dora our Highland cows may come to the fence for a head scratch too. We have lovingly just converted this building into a highly unique 2 bedroom river fronted Cabin to excite and delight its guests. Situated less than 10 meters from the UK's oldest Brass Mill, skirting on the tranquil Mill Island with complimentary access to Kayaks, paddle boards and bikes and all being only a 10 minute drive into historic Bath's city centre. Pop your feet up with a glass of wine while the log burner crackles in the background.
