Comfortably sleeps 8 adults & is equipped with 1 kitchen, 2 full baths, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas with a TV, dining area, 2 bedrooms & a loft.

No aggressive breeds & weight limit 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash and not left unattended outside. Must be in a kennel if left alone inside.

Two separate living areas to spread out in- the upstairs area feels like you are in the tree tops with a deck and balcony to walk out on. No parties!

A 25 minute drive to the University of Arkansas if calling the Hogs is more your style! We are a short drive to Lake Fort Smith state park here in Mountainburg for fishing or swimming in the pool. We have a beautiful deck, a comfortable bed, and grill for you to cook your favorite meals.
