Studio 54 - a modern beach-town studio

You’ll love this modern, stylish studio (open floorplan), completely separate from main house, in a quiet neighborhood, with: -private entrance - private patio -double, extra-long driveway (trailer,rv,etc) 4 blocks from water (Bayou Chico) & a big park w/ frisbee golf. Close to everything Pensacola and Perdido Key have to offer: -Airport (PNS) - 8miles -Downtown Pensacola - 3mi -Beaches: --Bruce Beach: 3mi --Pensacola - 12mi --Perdido Keys - 12mi -Naval Air Station (NAS) - 4mi

The Cypress House

The Cypress House was built in 1908 & renovated in a coastal theme. It is very clean, cozy & offers the feeling of home away from home. The Oar House seafood restaurant is 1 block away & Bahia Mar Marina is directly across the street. The house is close to the downtown historical district, beaches, museums, restaurants/bars, the Wahoos Stadium & Pensacola NAS is 4 miles away. The house includes a FULL kitchen, fenced-in backyard with a shower and fish-cleaning area. All guests are welcome!

We are mere minutes from the NAS gate and a short 10 minute drive from all the fun to be had downtown! This space is ATTACHED to our home but has its own parking and garden entrance. The connecting door to your unit remains locked during your stay.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.
