It has its own bedroom with TV, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and lounge. Guests can also enjoy the large garden and gym. It has secure gated parking on site, is 5 miles east of the historic market town Bury St. Edmunds, 20 mins to Newmarket 45 mins to Cambridge and 30 mins to Ipswich. It is close to Blackthorpe barn, a popular events venue.

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. The cottage has a stylish Everhot mini stove as the main feature of the sitting room. A beautiful space with wooden floors throughout.

Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.
