Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Our guesthouse is located in a dead-end street just a 10-minute walk away from the centre of Zaandam (with restaurants, bars and shops). Free parking . The guesthouse is in our backyard, which is so quite that you think you are in the countryside instead of just 30 minutes away from downtown Amsterdam which is very easy to be reached. Your stay is including 2 free bikes! The house is private and comfortable. Our prices are including Euro 5 tourist tax per person/night. So no additional charges!

Use our motor boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Een heerlijk verblijf! Het huisje aan het water ligt bij diverse voorzieningen. Een mooi Winkelcentrum. Het Treinstation is op 10 min loopafstand daardoor ben je binnen 20 minuten in Amsterdam en Zaanse Schans 15 minuten. Het Strand, Volendam en Alkmaar allemaal op korte afstand. Het ontbijt moet u zelf verzorgen maar voor heerlijke broodjes kunt u terecht bij de plaatselijke bakker, deze is op loopafstand. Bij aankomst vind u diverse drankjes in de koelkast. Kortom een heerlijk verblijf!

Bushalte voor het openbaar vervoer naar Amsterdam ligt op 50 meter afstand, 30 minuten naar het centrum van Amsterdam! De prijs is inclusief bedlinnen, keukenlinnen, badhanddoeken en lokale belastingen.

For nightlife, musea and city life the beautiful cities of Amsterdam, Alkmaar, Haarlem are close by. De beaches are about 30 min. drive

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.

Amsterdam is only 15 minutes away by public transportation. Cities like Alkmaar and Haarlem even the Dutch beach, are easily reachable from this beautiful location. The price is including tourist tax.
