Access to beach via private walkway or a short flat stroll to estuary. We also provide disabled access and facilities. We are minutes away from beautiful hikes, waterholes , swimming and picnic spots .Our property is on a peninsula between a beautiful Estuary and a lovely surf beach . Famous Hot Water beach, and Cathedral Cove are thirty minutes away

Light and airy in the summer, cozy in the winter, this beachside unit is less than 50 metres to Buffalo Beach. It's sandy and safe and perfect for a swim. The Lost Springs natural hot pools are a short walk away. This 1 bedroom spacious ground level unit is perfect for couples and has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. Our AirBnB is a separate, self-contained wing of our beautiful new home in Totara, 3kms south of Thames Township and gateway to the Coromandel Peninsula. We are about an hour’s drive from Auckland International Airport and close to the many and varied attractions of the Coromandel and the Waikato Region. Easy access to the Hauraki Rail Trail. From our elevated position there are uninterrupted views over the township, Firth of Thames and the Kauaeranga Valley.

Hideaway by the Sea (Dogs welcome)

You owe yourself a break by the sea. Chill out on Whiritoa's uncrowded beach only 80 meters away. No sound or sight of traffic here and low light pollution in the village provides front seat tickets to galaxy granduer. Whangamata is only 12kms drive if you would like to eat out. Accommodation is downstairs with your personal entrance. Double bedroom with queen bed, lounge/kitchenette, laundry/bathroom. Comfortable and clean.
