Want fish off the shore? Simply walk out our back gate & down the path to the lake. Boat parking too!

Upstairs in the main living areas you will find 2 bedrooms, living room, family room and kitchen. Enjoy the hot tub while taking in the scenery or lounging on over 2200 sq. ft. of decking that overlooks the waters. Exterior table for dining, bbq grill and fireplace. stairs from downstairs leads you right to the lake!

This 5000 sq ft is located in a private cove of Lake Shasta. After a day of fun on the lake relax in our pool & spa. The house has a grand room with large TV for movie viewing. A recreation room with pool table and fooseball . Great for large families and retreats. Large dining table for gatherings..Video tour upon request. Pool is not heated. Lake water level fluctuates. (Rules) Quite time 10pm-8am No gatherings, parties or events. No smoking or drugs of any kind No pets Signed pool waiver

Our recently remodeled two bedroom, one bath home is located in central Redding. Walking distance from the Sundial Bridge, the Civic Center, and downtown eateries. Close to shopping, and the Sacramento River Tail System. Bear, my uber-friendly labordoodle and I live in the rear house. Our goal is a quiet and relaxing stay. We DO NOT allow parties, get-togethers, family gatherings etc. - because of the existing neighborhood rules and City parking limitations, and of course, Covid19 measures
