Nirvana by Coastal Retreats North has been designed with all your needs in mind, with the aim of our guests sensing the "home from home" feeling as they arrive. A cosy room in an old traditional pub in the North York Moors National Park. The pub, set in stunning moorland scenery is complemented by an award-winning restaurant. We are listed in both the Michelin and Good Food Guides. We serve seasonal, local menus in the dining room, garden and bar, all augmented by a well-chosen wine list and hand pulled ales. Your en suite can be set up as Twin or King-size double and is situated on the first floor with breathtaking village and countryside views.

Premium Lodge at Blackthorn Gate

Blackthorn Gate comprises four luxury holiday lodges, situated on the border of North Yorkshire and Tees Valley. Set in 230 acres of open farmland the lodges have been specifically designed and positioned with the huge windows at the front facing directly at Roseberry Topping so you can enjoy uninterrupted views of this glorious landmark. The lodges are spacious and airy and can accommodate either 4 or 5 guests depending on the lodge. Mobility aids are available for use in the lodges.

Romantic Room

Probably the most central hotel in York. Certainly the one with most personality! Fun, relaxed, friendly, historic, and a little bit quirky. Independently owned (proud member of Indie York), dog friendly, and home to the awesome Forest restaurant. Each room is unique and most have stunning features which highlight the history of this Georgian townhouse; expect to find original oak beam ceilings, exposed brick walls, and traditional fireplaces. Some rooms have views of York Minster!

Astor York is set in a beautiful Grade II listed building just minutes walk to the historic centre! With a huge cozy lounge, and dining areas, free WiFi throughout the building and every room ensuite, Astor York is the perfect base for exploring the incredible historic centre of York. There is also a bar on the property if you fancy a drink with friends, or to meet fellow travellers, and a kitchen where you can cook your own food if you are on a budget.

The Sandbeck, Glaisdale

A beautiful renovated couples, friends or family room with big bay windows and seating area with comfy chairs and a coffee table. This double room comes with an adjoining room with a single bed for a child, third member of family or friend. This rooms offers views across the beach, piers and harbour through the bay windows which are a great place to relax and watch the world go by. Includes a continental breakfast of cereal, juice and tea/coffee

Heavenly Spot

Enjoy shabby chic in our heavenly spot - a spacious double bedroom with fireplace and enough floor space for your yoga practice... Set in our Victorian TARDIS-like terraced house, you'll enjoy peace and quiet: only 50 yards walk from the river Ouse, ten minute walk along the river to and from York City Walls, , free on street parking and, last but not least, super comfortable double Bed.

The Spinney

Our superior suite is built within the grounds of Stepney Hill Farm, with court yard sitting and luxurious stately home styling. Our most popular 'romantic' room which features a double round bath and a separate walk-in shower. Its idyllically private making this a perfect couple’s retreat for anyone wanting to enjoy a peaceful location, close to the North Yorkshire coast.
