Our neighbors love that we DO NOT ALLOW parties & LATE NIGHT, AFTER 9pm outdoor activities. We are required to limit the total number of individuals at our home to no more than 10 at any time, including visitors. Include visitors in guest count. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on 2 acres. When we are not using our 2nd home, it is available for Airbnb guests. Our family home since 1986; when I designed & personally built it for my parents. With 23 acres of country, this Suite is perfect for reflecting and relaxing. Space includes a separate bedroom/bath, a great room w/bunk beds, kitchenette & a breakfast room. Enjoy the view out the picture window of the farm fields and big sky, play foos ball, POOL IS OPEN June-Sept, visit the animals, rest by the pond. There are sitting areas all around to inspire & a perimeter path to walk. There are dirt roads to travel, so drive slow & watch for deer. Winter roads are an adventure!

Omega Bed and Breakfast

Omega B & B, built in 2023, is a private, two-story, tiny home on the property of the hosts. Perfect for two, it features a full kitchen, living area, work area and murphy bed (for additional guests) on the top floor. The main bedroom, bathroom, laundry and coffee/wine bar are on the lower level. Guests need to be able to navigate steps both inside and outside the home. There is a parking space for one car. More parking is available, if needed. Check out local attractions online.

You'll love this clean & bright basement studio w/private entrance! Bonus - We donate 10% of our earnings to groups supporting LGBTQIA rights & fighting food insecurity! We have a small dog and a cat. Smudge & Commander Muffins won't be in your space while you're with us (& are rarely there otherwise), but if you have animal allergies, this is likely not the best place for you. A short drive to downtown Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, and also to fabulous & historic Detroit.

Caroline Cottage

Unique one-room cottage on the bank of the Huron River. A half-mile walk to the pedestrian-friendly Village of Milford, known for its array of shops, restaurants, outside dining, concerts, and festivals. Perfect bungalow for single, couple, or small family. Living area has double sofa bed. Tiny home with many unique features. Fire pit at river's edge for relaxing or roasting marshmallows, and a gas grill on the dining patio. Two sit-in kayaks available May 15–Oct. 15.
